A retainer of $50 is required to secure the booking date and time. The retainer will go towards your final total. For standard and deluxe packages, the remaining total will be due at your session date. For elopements and weddings, deposits will be half of your final quoted total, due 60 days prior to you session. The remaining total will be due 30 days prios to your session.

It is recommended you pick outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. My aesthetic preference includes coordinated solid colors and classic styles/textures that create a cohesive look without being overly matchy (neutrals, linen, denim, etc). The number of photos depends on the session and package you choose. I typically provide 30 to 50 edited images for a Standard Package, but we can discuss additional options if you need more. Please refer to the package list for more details.

Edited images are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and provide a gallery link for you to download your photos.

My services include curating a gallery that fully tells your story. I manually select and edit the best images from the session to ensure a cohesive and high-quality final product. However, you can request specific edits if needed. Depending on the complexity of the requested edit, you may be charged an additional fee.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible via text/call. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability
Keep in mind that retainers are non-refundable but may go towards a rescheduled session cost.

More than 2 Weeks Notice: No cancellations are permitted. In the event of needing to cancel a session, the retainer may be applied to a rescheduled session date.
Less than 2 Weeks Notice: Clients can reschedule less than 14 days before the session with an additional fee of $25 per person. Cancellations within this period may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
No Show: Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer and will be turned away from future bookings with me.

Prepare by choosing outfits, ensuring you’re well-rested, and communicating any specific preferences or ideas with me beforehand.
Please come about 5 minutes early and be ready to start promptly.

When planning a shoot with children, please schedule wisely. Choose a time when your kids are well-rested and in a good mood, ideally right after a nap or meal.
I kindly ask that you please brief your kids about what to expect in a fun and engaging way. This can help ease any anxiety or confusion. Please let me know about any specific needs or preferences you have regarding your kids, such as favorite activities or any sensitivities. By planning ahead and being flexible, I can help ensure a successful and enjoyable photoshoot experience for you and your kids.

Hawaiʻi weather can be unpredictable sometimes. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of inclement weather. I will monitor the forecast and communicate any changes as soon as possible.
